In this position, you won't just be turning wrenches—you will be the backbone of our plant operations. You will have the autonomy to diagnose, repair, and optimize cutting-edge production machinery, ensuring our facility runs at peak performance.
What You’ll Do (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Keep Production Humming: Repair broken or defective equipment as scheduled and perform critical emergency maintenance when production is on the line.
- Master the Elements: Assist plant personnel with complex electro-mechanical troubleshooting and operational challenges on diverse machinery.
- Prevent the Problem: Perform routine, periodic preventive maintenance (PM) and lubrication on production machinery and plant facilities, keeping accurate records on PM sheets and work orders.
- Control the Systems: Take charge of the proper maintenance, installation, and repair of all electric/electronic plant equipment, including PLC units.
- A stable background in industrial electro-mechanical maintenance.
- Proven experience with PLCs, electrical test equipment, and reading complex schematics/blueprints. 480V
- A reliability-first mindset, a full personal toolkit, and the flexibility to handle emergency call-ins.

Responsibilities
Repair broken or defective equipment as scheduled
Assist maintenance plant personnel with electro/mechanical or other operational problems on
plant equipment.
Perform routine and periodic preventive maintenance and lubrication on production
machinery and other plant equipment and facilities.
Perform emergency maintenance on equipment when it could adversely impact production or
as directed by a Supervisor/Lead Mechanic.
Complete paperwork such as work orders and PM sheets.
Always keep the work and department areas clean and orderly.
Keep assigned area of spare parts inventoried and as required notify Supervisor/Lead
Mechanic to order.
Responsible for the proper maintenance and installation of PLC units.
Be able to interpret and use wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Use and be able to calibrate electric test equipment.
Installs and repairs all electric/electronic equipment used in the plant.
Provides own set of tools.
Is available and willing to work on a call-in, emergency basis.
Any and all duties as outlined and any tasks/duties requested by the immediate
Supervisor/Lead Mechanic.
