We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team for a temporary project at our Auburn Hills facility. This role is a unique blend of light warehouse work and basic data logging. If you enjoy a independent work environment, are comfortable being on your feet, and have basic computer skills, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and pull specific mechanical/production parts from warehouse shelving based on daily project lists.
  
  
• Utilize a digital or mechanical scale to accurately weigh parts.
  
  
• Record part numbers, weights, and counts into an Excel spreadsheet.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe immediate work area.
  
  
• Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged parts to the shift supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Tech Skills: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (data entry, navigating cells, saving files).
  
  
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately read and record long part numbers and weights.
  
  
• Reliability: good attendance record, especially crucial for 3rd-shift operations.
  
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
