This is a 3rd shift position (Mon-Fri, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (depending on experience), and great overtime earning potential (Time-and-a-half for standard OT, and Double-Time for Sundays!). Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assembly: Build and assemble finished units per engineering and customer specifications.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with teammates to efficiently organize and execute tasks requiring multiple team members.
- Material Handling: Utilize manual and automated lifting devices safely while adhering to product safety guidelines.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Replenish stock/parts at workstations, audit material kits for accuracy, organize spare parts inventory, and order parts as needed.
- Documentation & Metrics: Verify correct documentation for builds, accurately report scrap, and log downtime or manufacturing metrics as required.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S methodologies.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, work rules, and practices at all times.
