In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our corporate space, handling everything from general building repairs to office reconfigurations and event setups.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Building Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drywall, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms.
  
  
• Office Reconfigurations: Handle the installation, reconfiguration, and repair of modular workstations and office setups.
  
  
• Event Support: Responsible for the setup and teardown of corporate events.
  
  
• Aesthetics & Upkeep: Install interior artwork to keep our spaces looking professional.
  
  
• Cross-Site Assistance: Perform facilities tasks across Corporate offices, branches, and off-site locations, filling in for other facilities departments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  
  
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  
  
  • Commercial office furniture (modular/case goods)
    
    
  • Painting, plumbing, lighting maintenance, or rough/finish carpentry
    
    
  • Floor and tile installation
    
    
  • Event support
    
    
• Skills: Prior experience utilizing hand and power tools.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Solid understanding of OSHA-required PPE and bloodborne pathogens.
  
  
• License: A valid driver’s license is preferred, along with the ability to drive company vehicles. Some travel may be required.
  
  
• Attendance: Must have a record of regular and reliable attendance.
  
  

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. occasionally (30-60% of the time).
  
  
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, and reach frequently.
  
  
• Ability to work comfortably in a moderate noise environment (corporate office), with occasional exposure to high noise levels and proximity to machinery when in the warehouse.
