Are you an expert in keeping complex manufacturing machinery running at peak performance? We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled Senior Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team.
In this role, you won't just turn wrenches—you will be the technical backbone of our manufacturing operations, driving equipment optimization, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring world-class production quality.
What You Will Do As a vital member of our technical support team, you will handle the installation, maintenance, repair, and enhancement of advanced manufacturing equipment and interrelated systems.
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform complex troubleshooting, technical analysis, and repairs on both conventional and NC manufacturing equipment (turning equipment experience is a huge plus).
- Precision Maintenance: Execute both minor and major Preventative Maintenance (PM) routines, using ball bar and measurement data to make critical equipment corrections.
- Fabrication & Machining: Utilize a full suite of fabrication tools, including welding, milling, and lathe equipment, to modify and improve machinery.
- Process Innovation: Independently evaluate technical assignments, make smart decisions on repairs, and design/build tools or machine modifications to boost part quality.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
- Education: Higher education or specialized technical training/certification (an Associate Degree in Electronics is highly desired).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production processes, product testing, and component-level problem-solving. Specialized skills in maintaining clean benches, microscopes, and inspection equipment are preferred.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proven ability to tackle complex, varied technical problems and execute independent solutions.
Compensation: $62,070.00 - $103,440.00 / year (Dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform technical support duties including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of multi-discipline manufacturing equipment (both NC and conventional).
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute minor and major PMs, utilizing ball bar and measurement data to implement equipment corrections and solutions.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Solve complex manufacturing technical problems of varying scope. Conduct tests and experiments to resolve issues with components, parts, products, or systems.
- Process Optimization: Develop and evaluate approaches to technical assignments. Create machine improvements and modifications to enhance part quality and operational efficiency.
- Fabrication & Tooling: Utilize machine fabrication equipment, including welding, milling, and lathe equipment, to process all job types.
- Decision Making: Make independent decisions regarding equipment repairs and recommend enhancements to meet business and customer needs.
