We are specifically seeking Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians who specialize in production line machinery, automation, and industrial electrical systems. Note: This is not a facilities, residential, or commercial HVAC role. We are exclusively looking for technicians who troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
Our Client Environments By applying to this pipeline, you will be considered for three distinct, high-paying manufacturing environments:
High-Tech Aerospace Composites: Troubleshooting advanced materials production machinery, utilizing TPM/continuous improvement, and working with complex mechanical/pneumatic systems.
State-of-the-Art Packaging/Corrugated Facility: A fast-paced, heavy-industrial setting focused on high-speed corrugated line machinery, power transmission, and heavy mechanical systems.
Advanced Electronics Manufacturing: Focused on precision machinery, robotics, PCB equipment, and multi-voltage electrical diagnostics. Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3+ years of experience troubleshooting machinery inside a manufacturing or industrial production plant.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical systems (gears, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics) and electrical systems (AC/DC motors, drives, wiring).
- Schematics & PLCs: Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics and blueprints; basic understanding of or ability to program PLCs is highly preferred.
- Tools & Equipment: Must possess a mechanical aptitude with standard hand tools, multi-meters, and calipers. Forklift operation experience is a major plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off-shifts depending on the specific facility’s production schedule.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical trade certifications or college coursework in Industrial Technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Machine Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on active production lines.
- Electrical Work: Troubleshoot electrical components, motors, and circuits ranging from low-voltage DC up to $480\text{V AC}$ industrial power.
- Automation & Controls: Read schematics, blueprints, and utilize PLC ladder logic to diagnose automated machinery and control errors.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute routine PM checklists and predictive maintenance using CMMS platforms to minimize plant downtime.
- Safety First: Actively follow strict Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a safe, clean work area.
