Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on primary and auxiliary equipment.
- Equipment Repair: Perform high-quality repairs on injection molding presses (90T to 2500T) to minimize production downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine, comprehensive PMs as part of our robust maintenance program.
- Auxiliary Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and service all peripheral plant and auxiliary equipment.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience specifically within a plastic injection molding environment (Highly Preferred).
- Technical Skill: background in troubleshooting mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
- Work Style: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team
