Key Responsibilities
- Process Verification & Setup: Perform first-piece startup verifications. Set up assembly, decorating, and robotic end-of-arm tooling according to Master Process Control Sheets.
- Data Log & Compliance: Execute process verification checks and accurately log results on production monitoring sheets.
- Production Support: Respond to operator questions regarding product and process quality, helping troubleshoot line issues in real-time.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal problem-solving initiatives and identify machine/tooling repair needs to submit work orders.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma/GED, or related manufacturing training/experience. Complete alignment with Mold Technician training matrices is a plus.
- Technical & Math Skills: Ability to read product drawings, system documentation, and safety rules. basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, and proportions).
- Physical & Communication: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in moderate to heavy physical movement. communication skills; (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
