Responsibilities
- Operate Forklift Equipment: Safely maneuver both stand-up and sit-down forklifts for daily warehouse operations.
- Perform Manual Material Handling: Execute manual tasks including strapping, banding, and putaway of inventory.
- Process Small Parts: Handle the accurate preparation and shipping of small parts to meet customer expectations.
- Complete Safety Training: Participate in and complete a mandatory five-day computer-based safety training program upon hire.
- Earn Forklift Certification: Undergo and successfully complete a 2- to 4-week hands-on forklift training and certification process.
- Promote Workplace Safety: Actively contribute to a safety-first culture and demonstrate high-level teamwork in a structured environment.
- Maintain Strict Punctuality: Adhere to critical on-time attendance standards to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work in Seasonal Conditions: Adapt to working in warehouse temperatures that fluctuate with the seasonal weather.
- Fulfill Shift Requirements: Work extended 8- to 12-hour shifts as required by operational needs.
- Commit to Overtime: Work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, during peak seasons to ensure timely order fulfillment.
