- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Technical degree, machining apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience.
- Practical background in small-batch, mixed-production CNC and manual machining.
- Experience with welding, cutting, and mechanical repairs.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar).
- Effective written and verbal communication and practical problem-solving skills.
- CMMS experience or precise part production background are a plus but NOT required.

Responsibilities
- Machining & Fabrication: Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment (Hurco mills, slant bed lathes, drill presses).
- Equipment Support: Fabricate custom fixtures, guards, and modifications to keep production running smoothly.
- Welding & Assembly: Perform routine welding, cutting, and mechanical troubleshooting as needed.
- Operations Collaboration: Assist with new equipment startups, document tasks in our CMMS, and help drive cost-reduction projects.
- Outsourcing Support: Create and send component drawings to third-party machine shops when extra capacity is required.
