Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship parts requests with high precision for repair centers, technicians, and customers.
- System & Ticket Management: Process and track incoming parts requests using ticketing systems like Zendesk and internal operations platforms.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, replenish daily repair stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Warranty, Repairs, Customer Experience, and Facilities teams to resolve missing parts requests and streamline workflows.
- Operations & Safety: Drive a forklift, maintain a safe, highly organized parts area, and assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
