Pay Rate: $20-22/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sweep, mop, dust, and perform routine building maintenance along with other janitorial duties.
- Gather and empty trash throughout the facility.
- Safely operate floor scrubbers and other janitorial equipment.
- Thoroughly clean, service, and resupply restrooms.
- Collaborate with the Custodian team to uphold high facility standards.
- Utilize the internal work order system to accurately track and capture time spent on tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1–2 years of previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Attention to Detail: detail and commitment to maintaining clean spaces.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide items/packages typically weighing up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
