Randstad is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspectors to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet engineering specifications, internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in detecting defects, identifying root causes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor. *Must have experience using precision measurement tools, knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485)* APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration to our Quality Inspector positions!

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using blueprints, GD&T, and precision tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, go/no-go gauges). Perform first-piece, in-process, and final audits.
• Non-Conformance & Documentation: Record inspection results in the QMS/ERP system. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), tag/quarantine defective parts, and log daily quality data.
• Process Improvement: Partner with production and engineering to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA investigations to prevent recurring defects.
• Equipment Care: Verify tool calibration status before use and report out-of-spec equipment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading engineering drawings/schematics, GD&T, precision hand-measuring tools, and QMS/ERP entry.
• Physical & Personal: Sharp attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 35–50 lbs.
• Work Environment: Plant floor setting; requires standard PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection).
