Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of our planned maintenance programs, asset reliability, and operational infrastructure.

• Develop, maintain, and expand a comprehensive digital asset database within the CMMS platform (such as MaintainX). Track equipment lifespans, forecast asset replacement cycles, and manage spare-parts stock levels to prevent costly operational downtime.
• Build, prioritize, and schedule the site-wide Planned Maintenance (PM) Works Program.
• Act as a critical operational bridge between facilities and production. Schedule maintenance windows around operational schedules to protect output while maintaining statutory and statutory regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external engineering consultants, facility service vendors, and contractors. Assist with tender preparations, inspect field installations, evaluate SLAs, and ensure all third parties adhere to strict quality and safety criteria.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs and hazard risk assessments. Partner with EHS and Quality teams to ensure all facility systems comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and applicable industry regulations.
