Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Collaborate with plant leadership to design, establish, and execute routine maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) for all machinery and facility systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machinery under active operating conditions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify root causes of equipment failure, propose process upgrades, and participate in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts usage, repair histories, and equipment manuals (via CMMS/maintenance software or physical logs).
- Spare Parts Inventory: Monitor and manage critical replacement parts inventory to prevent prolonged machine downtime; submit purchase requisitions as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery and maintenance practices comply with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and internal company safety protocols.
