Job Description: Are you a highly motivated team player looking for a full-time position with a compressed work week and consistent overnight hours? We are currently building a talent pipeline for our Night Shift operations. The Schedule Maximize your time off with a "4-on, 3-off" compressed schedule. Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM (10-hour shifts) Pay: $20.00 / hour Available Shift Patterns: * Sunday - Wednesday Wednesday - Saturday Key Responsibilities As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure the accurate and efficient handling of goods during our overnight operations: Material Handling: Safely loading/unloading goods from transport trucks and moving inventory to designated areas. Machine Operation: Operating machinery for handling operations while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and credentials. Product Preparation: Sorting and preparing products for packing according to specific procedural guidelines. Inventory Integrity: Promptly reporting any damaged or missing goods to maintain stock accuracy. Safety & Compliance: Strictly following all health, safety, and internal regulations. Facility Upkeep: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the night. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for performance-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, overnight environments: Technical & Professional Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively (oral communication required). Familiarity with technical processes in supply, storage, and distribution. Basic mathematics knowledge. Ability to implement standard operating modes and methods. Behavioral & Soft Skills Result-Oriented: A focus on performance and hitting nightly production goals. Team Player: A strong collaborator who contributes to a positive team spirit. Resilience: Perseverance and the ability to stay focused during 10-hour overnight shifts. Adaptability: A positive attitude toward change and a proactive approach to work.
