Leverage your system proficiency for crucial data processing contracts! We are urgently hiring expert data entry clerks to assist with large-scale digital migration and processing projects. Your responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process transactions (e.g., invoices, inventory receipts, client records) directly into the client's database or erp system.
- Manage and organize digital or physical source documents, ensuring proper logging and tracking of documents before and after data entry.
- Identify recurring data entry errors, system glitches, or source document inconsistencies, and communicate findings to the project supervisor.
- Organize and process data in batches, ensuring strict compliance with batch control and quality standards.
- Strictly adhere to all client policies regarding the handling and security of sensitive data (e.g., financial, pii).
