Job Description: The Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to load, unload, move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products and materials in the warehouse. This role supports accurate inbound and outbound shipments, replenishes and stores inventory in high- rack locations, performs routine equipment inspections, and follows all OSHA, company safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and relocate products and materials throughout the warehouse. Move, locate, and replenish inventory in designated storage and pick locations, including elevated rack positions. Inspect assigned equipment daily, complete pre-shift safety checks, and report any issues or unsafe conditions to the leadership team. Operate all equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with prescribed work methods, OSHA standards, and company policies. Unload inbound shipments safely and transport product to staging, storage, or replenishment locations.Stack and store product accurately and efficiently in the appropriate warehouse areas, including high-bay racking. Pull, stage, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the correct quantities and product types are loaded accurately. Move product efficiently between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas to support workflow and productivity goals. Verify that inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, properly labeled, and free from damage, and report any quality variances. Maintain accurate inventory records by counting product, confirming locations, and completing required documentation or system transactions. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories to support inventory accuracy and stock control. Follow site instructions and load-handling procedures to ensure safe product movement, count accuracy, and product stability. Coordinate with supervisors, shipping and receiving staff, inventory control, and other departments as needed to support operations. Perform housekeeping duties using a clean-as-you-go process and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Promote workplace safety by following all safety rules, using required PPE, and reporting hazards or noncompliance immediately. Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report observed noncompliance. Perform other duties as assigned.
