What You'll Do (Your Impact) -Drive Precision Fulfillment: Safely navigate our warehouse using high-reach order pickers to accurately pull customer orders and keep our supply chain moving seamlessly. -Master the Floor: Stage and prepare shipments with care, ensuring products arrive at their destination in perfect condition. -Keep Inventory Sharp: Assist with restocking and organizing storage racks to keep our team running like a well-oiled machine. -Champion Safety: Lead by example by performing quick daily equipment checks and maintaining a safe, clean workplace for everyone. What We're Looking For -Experience: Proven experience operating as one who has 6-8 months experience within the last year as a cherry picker, order picker, or high-reach lift vehicle. -Comfort at Heights: Confident and comfortable working safely at elevated levels. -Team-First Mindset: Dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to collaborate with a great crew. -Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift. -Bonus: RF Scanner experience and an active Forklift/Cherry Picker certification are big pluses (or we'll help you get certified!).
