Basic Responsibilities:
The Fulfillment Associate for Wolters Kluwer's CT has primary responsibility for providing superior service by:
- Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers
- Researching and analyzing legal documents
- Submitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
- Retrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
- Researching entity status
- Resolving or escalating issues
- Following requests through to completion
- Communicating progress to customers and internal teams
- Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Overtime and minimal (5%) travel may be required.
- Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success
- Participates in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects

Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline); OR, if no degree, 4 years of customer service experience.
Experience, Knowledge and Tools
Minimum Experience:
- 4 years customer service experience, including:
- Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
- Utilizing keen attention to detail skill accurately
- Utilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and written communication.
- Working independently while still being an integral part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Adobe, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
