We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Software Engineer to drive the creation, optimization, and deployment of our software applications. In this role, you will take full ownership of entire development projects within our software release life cycle, writing robust source code and engineering scalable frameworks that directly impact our core products.

salary: $52.48 - 57.48 per hour

responsibilities:
Write, test, debug, and maintain high-quality source code and core application frameworks.
Manage configuration, system documentation, and bug-fixing processes across the software release life cycle.
Analyze complex, ambiguous technical problems and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
Act as a technical mentor by coaching junior team members and performing constructive peer code reviews.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 4-8 years of experience, OR a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
Documented expertise in at least one major programming language.
Proven track record of independently driving software development projects from concept to final production release.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience applying modern software development frameworks and configuration management tools.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence design decisions and collaborate with internal experts.
Deep understanding of system architectures and adjacent technical domains.
