This role is a lead position for M365 operations and a champion for M365 adoption and utilization with our client. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the M365 platform and experience
rolling out features to multiple business units to optimize and streamline business processes.
The primary focus for this position will be
* Lead adoption projects such as:
** Department specific requests
** Migration of all on-premises SharePoint Intranet to SharePoint Online.
** Adoption of SPO/Teams at the department level.
** Replacing Project server online
* Ensure smooth daily operations.
* Communicate the M365 roadmap changes to our client
* Collaborate with our client on Desktop App support.
* Work with our clients' management to create support processes where needed
* Create a Power Platform development practice and DevOps operation.
* Facilitate user requests for M365 integrations
* Facilitate user licensing requests for premium products
* Lead AI adoption for Copilot / GitHub Copilot
* Collaborate with the Security Office on tenant level changes.
* Collaborate with the WEB and ECM teams on their SharePoint administrative needs
- Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing is required.
