    job summary: Our manufacturing client in the Fort Wayne area is looking for a fully remote experienced recruiter to support hourly positions throughout their various plants across the United States. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment service for hourly roles, providing a consultative and collaborative approach to all stakeholders, and ensuring recruitment strategies are developed and executed. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with high likelihood of conversion for the ideal candidate.
