Instructs treasury staff on tasks and job techniques and arranges available written instructions, reference materials and supplies as needed. Reviews treasury team work as necessary, manages any escalated issues and ensures treasury team meets daily deadlines. Serves as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all treasury products and services. Monitors Treasury team Outlook email inbox and responds to any issues that are urgent, also monitor team is responding to their emails.
