Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll be on the floor every day, guiding a team of technicians, troubleshooting complex issues, and protecting the quality of our globally recognized products. This is a 2nd Shift Position. Excellent pay and beneifts provided. salary: $68,600 - $75,000 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 4 PM - 12 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Team Leadership & Guidance: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in High-volume production, bottling preferred. Oversee daily maintenance, coordinate work orders, and actively coach/cross-train technicians to foster skill growth and high performance. Operational Execution: Coordinate, schedule, and assign tasks, ensuring they are accurately logged, prioritized, and completed within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Preventative Maintenance (PM): Directly ensure PM plans are followed, adjusted as needed, and fully executed to minimize unexpected downtime. Mechanical systems (pumps, valves, gears, bearings, lubricants). Electromechanical devices, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Allen Bradley controls, MS Rockwell software with Control Logix 5000, and SCADA systems (Factory Talk View preferred). Emergency Response: Provide fast, hands-on support for equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues that impact safety or production. Compliance & Safety: Enforce and actively promote company safety policies and OSHA standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all. Obtain Forklift Certification Resource Management: Assist with inventory, organization, and ordering of spare parts. Partnership: Build collaborative relationships with production staff and train operators on basic equipment care procedures.
