Take the next step in your career and help us deliver durable, high-performance building solutions! location: Mc Lean, Virginia job type: Permanent salary: $105,000 - 125,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Support the design and detailing of building envelope systems, including roofing, façades, curtain walls, glazing, and waterproofing assemblies.Prepare engineering drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications.Conduct site visits, inspections, and diagnostic testing related to air/water infiltration, thermal performance, and material integrity.Assist in developing repair and remediation recommendations based on test results and field observations.Review submittals, shop drawings, and product data for compliance with design intent.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure constructability and system performance.Support construction administration, field reporting, and quality assurance reviews.Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.Participate in project scheduling, cost estimating, and procurement of materials and testing equipment.
