Contact Insertion: Accurately insert contacts into various types of connectors and multi-pin devices following specifications. Finishing Techniques: Apply advanced finishing methods, including shrink tubing, protective sleeving, soldering, and proper application of tie wraps and lacing. Labeling and Routing: Install backshells and apply detailed wire and cable identification labels according to drawings. Harness Boards: Construct, utilize, and maintain customized assembly boards and fixtures for efficient harness production. Electro-Mechanical Integration Assemble and integrate complex mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and chassis enclosures based on engineering blueprints and procedures. Perform precise wiring and routing within mechanical assemblies to ensure clean, compliant, and functional units. Quality and Compliance Testing and Validation: Conduct mandatory quality checks, including functional testing, continuity checks, and physical pull tests on completed assemblies.
