As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the final build-out of our boats: Mechanical Installation: Installing fuel systems, bilge pumps, steering cables, and engines. Electrical Rigging: Routing wire harnesses and connecting marine electronics and lighting. Finish Hardware: Precision mounting of T-tops, cleats, handrails, and rub-rails. Component Bonding: Using marine-grade adhesives and sealants to secure decks and liners. Quality Finishing: Ensuring all hardware is straight, clean, and functioning perfectly before the boat leaves your station. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in boat building, automotive assembly, or a similar mechanical trade. Skills: Proficiency with power tools (drills, grinders, impact drivers) and the ability to read blueprints or schematics.
