Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production floor during the evening shift, ensuring that custom fabrication projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exact technical specifications. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers). Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between shifts.
