Inventory & Supply Management: Track daily ingredient usage, manage stock levels of specialty baking items (fruits, doughs, spices), and place accurate vendor orders. Enforce Food Safety: Oversee daily kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure strict compliance with local health department regulations and corporate sanitation guidelines. Manage Waste Control: Monitor daily production schedules and track product waste to optimize food costs and profitability. Staff Scheduling & Supervision: Build weekly employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak rush hours while effectively managing labor costs. Training & Onboarding: Train new team members on food preparation, safe equipment operation, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and customer service protocols. Performance Management: Motivate, coach, and provide constructive feedback to shift leaders and team members to maintain high morale and efficient workflows.
