In this role, you are the guardian of the company’s cash flow. You’ll ensure that every transaction is accounted for, every invoice is accurate, and every payment is processed efficiently. You play a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly by balancing technical precision with professional communication. You will also partner with the AP and Accounting teams to review the general ledger and reconcile payments. Knowledge of GAAP is essential to this role. salary: $23 - $27 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesCredit & Collections Credit Policy: Establish and maintain the company’s credit policy; approve or deny credit limits for new and existing customers. Escalation Management: Handle high-level disputes and negotiate payment plans for delinquent accounts. Bad Debt Management: Identify accounts for third-party collections or legal action and manage the allowance for doubtful accounts. Operational Excellence Invoicing & Billing: Ensure all invoices are generated accurately and sent out on schedule. Cash Application: Oversee the daily reconciliation of payments (ACH, wire, checks) to ensure the general ledger is accurate. Process Improvement: Streamline workflows through automation (e.g., implementing ERP enhancements or AI-driven collection tools). Cash Flow Forecasting: Provide leadership with accurate projections of incoming cash.
