Serving as the internal Tax Subject Matter Expert, you will consult on enterprise-wide business initiatives and manage the relationship with the firm's external CPA partners. Prepare comprehensive federal, state, and local income tax workpapers and schedules for final filing.Own the quarterly and annual ASC 740 (GAAP) tax provision calculations (tax expense, deferred taxes, effective tax rate), including preparing detailed documentation and supporting schedules for audited financial statements.Act as the tax subject matter expert on cross-functional business initiatives (e.g., M&A support, new market entry).
