We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Support Specialist to serve as a vital link between our solar innovation team and our enterprise clients. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding and adopting cutting-edge solar products and services. You will be responsible for introducing product details, reviewing complex agreements, and ensuring flawless documentation within our internal systems. Based remotely in California or Austin, TX, you will partner closely with sales, operations, and third-party financing teams. System Accuracy: Develop and maintain detailed client records in internal systems to ensure project visibility and data integrity. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with third-party financing providers and internal teams to facilitate seamless transactions. Required: 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2+ years of experience specifically within the Solar Industry. Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce. Experience with system activations or specialized customer support in a technical field. Background in new home construction or enterprise-level processes. An adaptable, innovative mindset with a high tolerance for fast-paced, dynamic environments.
