Lead new business development efforts, including brand acquisition to expand the portfolio. Manage the overall brand portfolio to ensure strategic growth and alignment. Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of budget targets. Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of all brands within the portfolio. Build and sustain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering exceptional service. Develop customized product strategies, with monthly reviews and adjustments as needed. Create tailored product presentations to support sales pitches and promotions. Prepare clear, detailed briefs to initiate product development with global factories. Track and report on the status of all product development projects. Oversee all phases of development, including formula selection, color approval, packaging, and components. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline across all required platforms (e.g., BPM, Excel). Meet with prospective and existing clients to support ongoing business development. Travel within the U.S. and Canada to visit customers as needed. Travel to Italy for product training sessions, when applicable. Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.
