Randstad is actively seeking a Philanthropic Services Specialist for their financial client. This role serves as a dedicated relationship manager for Vanguard Charitable’s Premier donor segment, supporting accounts with philanthropic assets of $1M or greater. This role focuses on building trust‑based relationships with donors and their advisors, gaining deep insight into philanthropic intentions, and providing high‑touch, consultative service to drive retention, growth, and positive outcomes for donors and nonprofit grantee recipients. The position partners closely with internal teams to support complex granting and contribution needs while delivering an exceptional client experience.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary account representative for assigned Premier donor accounts with philanthropic assets of $1M or greater by managing end‑to‑end client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact. (20%)Develop and maintain trust‑based relationships with donors, account advisors, and interested parties through proactive, personalized communication and engagement. (15%)Provide high‑touch, consultative service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering thoughtful, resourceful problem‑solving that exceeds donor expectations. (15%)Proactively communicate with assigned client base to understand and support donors’ philanthropic intent, granting priorities, and contribution strategies. (10%)Develop and execute client retention and growth strategies to support strategic philanthropy, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and mitigate client‑related risk. (15%)Support management in identifying and implementing efficient, data‑driven approaches to serving accounts and scaling philanthropic services across the Premier segment. (10%)Draft and maintain email templates, talking points, and communication materials to support consistent, effective messaging across the Philanthropic Services team.
