job summary: Architectural Design Specialist is needed for an immediate remote temp-to-hire role for a national organization in the Philadelphia, PA area. This role designs and develops exterior façades and signage, for retail locations producing architectural renderings and documentation that align with brand standards, site conditions, and regulatory requirements. The right person for this role will have skills using Photoshop to perform commercial rendering design as well as proven problem-solving and collaboration skills in order to interpret architectural plans, coordinate with landlords and municipalities, and ensure compliance with codes and guidelines.
