The Production Technician - HVAC role is a hands-on position on the manufacturing floor responsible for the installation, assembly, and finishing of HVAC systems within modular residential units. This role supports consistent, repeatable production by installing duct-work, mechanical components, and related systems in accordance with applicable building codes, and production schedules. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HVAC, residential construction, modular construction, or a related skilled trade. Working knowledge of HVAC systems, duct installation methods, and mechanical components. Basic understanding of IRC/IBC residential code requirements.
