We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician (EMT) with a strong background in food manufacturing. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Install and maintain motors, sensors, drives, conveyors, gearboxes, and automated equipment. Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, PLC interfaces, and motor testers. Follow GMP, HACCP, and other food safety protocols during all maintenance work. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities using CMMS (e.g., UpKeep, SAP, or other platforms). Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects. Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and support production needs. Support cross-functional teams in maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and plant performance. Participate in safety meetings, training, and audits. Minimum 3 years of EMT experience in a food manufacturing environment a plus. strong understanding of food safety practices (GMP, HACCP, SQF, etc.). Proven ability to work with 3-phase systems, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and mechanical assemblies.
