Your key responsibilities will include: Prospecting and Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach to expand our client base in the food service or produce sector. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including conducting presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Territory Management: Create and execute territory plans to maximize sales potential and achieve ambitious targets. Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate daily reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools Requirements Proven B2B sales success, experience in food service or produce distribution. Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, and building rapport with diverse clients. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
