Take a look at the below opportunity, or feel free to visit RandstadUSA.com to view and apply. location: Charlotte, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $75 - 81 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead configuration and implementation of AIO Access collateral management for commercial lending / ABL use cases.Perform fit/gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.Design and build integrations between AIO and downstream systems (Loan IQ, Lucas/loan accounting, GL, data warehouse, servicers).Develop and consume vendor APIs; build the bank's integration layer (middleware/ETL, REST API interfaces).Create technical design documentation, data mappings, interface specifications, and test plans.Participate in system testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover planning, and post‑go‑live stabilization/troubleshooting.Ensure solutions comply with bank integration standards, regulatory controls, and security requirements.Act as product SME for business and technical teams; mentor internal staff and enable knowledge transfer.Support cross‑functional collaboration with BAU teams to balance maintenance and project work. qualifications: Required Qualifications: Direct, demonstrable experience with AIO Access (or equivalent AIO vendor/product) in a production implementation, ideally for commercial lending/collateral workflows. Strong experience building integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and middleware/ETL platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM App Connect, or equivalent). Deep understanding of commercial lending collateral concepts and asset‑based lending workflows (borrowing base calculations, UCC/perfection, AR/inventory collateral). Experience integrating with loan accounting/servicing systems (Loan IQ, Lucas or equivalent) or demonstrated knowledge of loan servicing data flows. Hands‑on technical skills: Java/.NET or similar development languages, SQL, API development and testing (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI), scripting. Proven ability to perform fit/gap analysis, produce technical design artifacts, and deliver implementable integration solutions. Strong communication skills to work with vendors, product owners, finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Experience operating in a regulated financial services environment with adherence to governance and controls.
