We are looking for production workers to fill several temp-to-hire positions with our client, a major manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCB) in the Placentia and Orange, CA areas. Positions you will be considered for include Laser Drill Operator, Dry Film Operator, Lamination Operator, Via Fill Operator, Wet Process Operator, and QC Inspector. Pay starts at $18/hr based upon experience. 2nd shift: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm 3rd shift: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical degree preferred). Understanding of industry standards and specifications (IPC). Previous experience in the PCB industry is a plus, but not required. Technical & Professional Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications. Proficient with computers, including data entry, reporting, and the ability to learn new software. Organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills (English proficiency required). Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for 8–12 hour shifts, including walking on uneven surfaces and repeated short distances (approx. 20 ft) for loading/unloading equipment. Ability to consistently/repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safely work with chemicals, and implement company safety protocols. Operational Availability Willingness to cross-train in other departments and work as a team player. Execute process-specific tasks such as loading/unloading drill cassettes, mixing dry film materials, and performing manual finishing like wet sanding. Perform routine maintenance, equipment calibrations, and minor repairs to ensure machines remain active and productive. Monitor production runs for consistency, making necessary adjustments to equipment or tables to meet tolerances. Verify work orders. Conduct visual and technical inspections. Ensure all panels meet job specifications and IPC standards before moving them to the next department. Accurately enter job details into manufacturing tracking systems and maintain records of material usage and production runs. Follow all process procedures, safety rules, and company policies. Assist in maintaining tool/material inventory and scheduling preventive maintenance for departmental equipment.
