job summary: Tatum has a new private equity backed manufacturing client seeking to hire a Corporate Controller to join its accounting team. This role will be a new addition to a small team. The Corporate Controller will be a significant contributor to the vision and overall success of the accounting department. The company has $75 million in revenue and is a newly created carve-out that will need to create financials in a new instance of an ERP system. As the subject matter expert for US GAAP, you will partner closely with the CFO and business teams to provide them with timely accounting guidance that will allow them to drive the business forward. You will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of business issues and continually improve the financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate is an expert in Standard Cost Accounting, US GAAP and technical accounting and will have experience leading the technical accounting activities.
