The contractor will be embedded with Commodity Operations and will take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle-assessing current-state workflows, defining and prioritizing improvements, designing the solution approach, and building/coding the final deliverables through implementation. This engagement will require the contractor to partner directly with Commodity Operations stakeholders to capture operational needs, document current vs. future state, and translate requirements into an actionable delivery plan and backlog. The contractor will then develop and implement the solutions (including automation, workflow improvements, and supporting tooling), perform iterative validation with the business, and support end-to-end testing through User Acceptance Testing.
