We are seeking a high-level Electronics Assembler to join a premier manufacturing team in Kansas City. This isn't just a "line" job; we are looking for a professional who understands complex schematics, high-standard soldering, and component-level assembly.Key Responsibilities Precision Assembly: Perform complex through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs). Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, wire diagrams, and technical schematics to ensure 100% build accuracy. Troubleshooting: Identify and rework assembly errors or component defects. Quality Testing: Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to verify electrical continuity and functional performance. Wire Harnessing: Build and install intricate cable assemblies and wire harnesses into larger electronic housings. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in electronics assembly or a related technical field. Resume Required: A detailed work history showing experience with fine-motor assembly and technical tools. Hiring Process: Must be available for an in-person interview to demonstrate technical knowledge. Background/Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
