We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst for a confidential search. This role is a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and reports directly to the FP&A Manager. **** HYBRID 2-3 DAYS/WEEK **** The Senior Financial Analyst will be instrumental in preparing annual budgets, conducting monthly variance analyses, developing and maintaining a 5-year forecast, and assisting with quarterly reporting and the analysis of new business opportunities. This position requires a well-rounded background in accounting and finance and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. The successful candidate will interface with internal business leaders at all levels and must be adept at using technology for data gathering and analysis. This role involves access to sensitive and confidential information, and a comprehensive background check will be required.salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Interface with various business owners to complete the annual capital and operations budget. Develop and maintain the company's budget matrix and models. Prepare monthly written analyses comparing actual results to budget and prior year figures. Provide insightful analysis on key financial performance indicators and trends. Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial packages for senior leadership. Work closely with the FP&A Manager to assess the financial impact of major business decisions and regulatory actions on the company's 5-year forecast. Support the Manager in analyzing potential acquisitions and new business opportunities. Update and modify the company’s financial forecast model, providing insightful "what-if" scenario analysis. Provide analysis comparing internal forecasts to external expectations. Assist with data compilation for regulatory filings and quarterly audit requests. Prepare and maintain policies and procedures to ensure robust internal controls. Perform other duties and ad-hoc analyses as assigned.
