Our Client is seeking an accounting clerk for a smaller sized manufacturing company.  This individual should be able to pivot and juggle hats with a smaller team environment that is looking to expand revenue by 100% by 2030.  Benefits are eligible on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment which includes medical, life, long term disablity, and 401K.  salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Accounts Receivable Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices. Perform collection activities in a professional and timely manner. Finalize and post customer invoices into QuickBooks Online (QBO). Tie invoices in QBO to invoices in ProAlpha. Manage and upload invoices to customer portals as required. Prepare and record customer payments and bank deposits. Accounts Payable Enter vendor bills into the accounting system. Prepare and process vendor payments. Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation. Expense Processing Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies. Record and track expense reports, including executive expenses. Reconciliations Reconcile intercompany accounts, including transactions with related entities. Assist with basic account reconciliations as needed. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the CEO as required. Manage and order office supplies. Assist with trade show organization, logistics, and related tasks.
