Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: ● Supporting attorneys in the Legal Transactions group with transactional matters ● Assist with corporate functions, Legal operations and Legal tools and resources ● Managing tracking and reporting processes, such as contract management systems, document management systems and reporting on outside counsel matters and legal assignments ● Manage high volume processes, such as registering NDAs, intaking legal assignments and overseeing outside counsel invoicing ● With direction and oversight of attorneys, drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing and supporting proposals, RFQs, LOIs, NDAs and similar processes, performing post-execution contract reviews and providing summaries and coordinating appropriate commercial and technical approvals ● Assisting with implementing Legal policies Other job functions may include: ● Assisting with corporate functions, such as maintaining business registrations and formation records ● Assisting with Legal operations, such as budgeting, data reporting, invoicing, management of Legal vendors and supporting department projects ● Assisting with Legal tools and resources, such as contributing to forms, playbooks and policies, and coordinating adoption of software systems and legal support tools ● Assisting with mentorship and training of junior paralegal staff The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentSkillsAnalytical Thinking (1 year of experience is required)Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)Written Communication (2 years of experience is required)investigation (1 year of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: Entry LevelRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
