Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering prints and specifications to ensure total compliance. Documentation: Record findings and maintain traceability within our Business Management System (BMS). Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Purchasing, and Supervisors to resolve non-conformities and quality questions. Compliance: Adhere to ISO 9001 standards and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. What You Bring Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment (Quality Assurance experience is a major plus). Technical Skill: Proficiency with measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and angle gages. Digital Literacy: Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows. Conduct inspections on products at all stages of the manufacturing process. Document and report inspection findings and results in the BMS via Task entries. Perform mechanical, dimensional and visual/cosmetic inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements. Read and interpret specifications and Engineering prints. Perform product identification and traceability activities, as required. Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions. Communicate/interface with: Product Managers to ensure product is in compliance with Specifications. Purchasing to address/resolve findings on supplied products. Area Supervisors on non-conformities that have originated in their area of responsibility. Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
