Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair 3-phase motors, sensors, relays, and PLC systems (specifically Allen-Bradley or Siemens). Mechanical Systems: Maintain and repair pneumatic systems, hydraulic power units, gearboxes, and conveyor systems. Innovation & Efficiency: Collaborate with engineering teams to implement upgrades that reduce material waste and improve energy efficiency. Documentation: Use a CMMS to track work orders, parts inventory, and machine downtime data. Safety First: Maintain a safe environment in accordance with OSHA standards and company-wide health initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a packaging, printing, or high-speed manufacturing environment. Technical Proficiency: Ability to read mechanical/electrical blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic. Tools: Expert use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. The "Competitive" Edge (Preferred) Experience with Fanuc or similar robotic palletizing systems.
