MUST be a licensed Journeyman. salary: $66,560 - $79,040 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Provide electrical connectivity to all new equipment. Assemble and install all conduits, outlets, panels, and junction boxes, perform all necessary wiring, and direct construction and repair of electronic motors. Perform or direct others in performing all tasks of an electrical nature necessary to test, calibrate, repair, rebuild, maintain, modify, or install electrical equipment. Perform, guide, or direct, with colleagues and contractors, all predictive, preventive, and responsive maintenance on all plant electrical devices Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be a Licensed Electrician. At least 6 years of electrical experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Thorough understanding of electrical equipment function, high and low voltages, electrical theory, power generation, switchgear maintenance, and paralleling procedures. Ability to organize new construction projects, including specifying materials, building panels, designing conduit layouts, and terminating all wires. Versed in all electrical test equipment and capable of using test equipment to diagnose or troubleshoot all electrical systems and instruments. Must be able to install rigid conduit and operate lifts.
