A leading global investment and wealth advisory firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting function for its U.S. investment entities. This high-visibility role will work closely with senior finance leadership, including the Global Controller and CFO, while playing a key role in improving processes, reporting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional with experience managing month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Experience within asset management, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or other financial services environments is highly valued, but accountants with a public accounting foundation are encouraged to apply.salary: $75 - $85 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities Own the monthly close and manage the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow for the entity Manage daily accounting operations, including cash management, accounts payable, and T&E Manage the entities short term cash flow forecasting Work with external fund administrators, managers, and partners to obtain AUM data and revenue earned (management fees, incentive fees, and distributions) Produce EBITDA-style management reporting for leadership (monthly / quarterly) Prepare for and support the quarterly SEC reporting process, including annual audits Partner with U.S. and international teams to ensure intercompany and allocated costs are accurate Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls as the business scales Qualifications: 5–8 years of accounting experience; Big 4 or public accounting foundation preferred CPA strongly preferred Experience in or exposure to asset management, fund structures, or investment firms is a plus: but we are open to any accountant who can lean in and learn the business processes Proven ability to manage a full close cycle independently Comfortable operating at both altitudes: hands-on with daily detail, while seeing the big picture across the entity Communicator who can work across internal teams, external administrators, auditors, and senior leadership Systems: NetSuite, Bill.com, Smartsheet SkillsCPA (5 years of experience is required)Accounting (5 years of experience is required)Investment AccountingNetsuiteBig 4 (4 years of experience is preferred)Excel (5 years of experience is required)SEC Reporting (3 years of experience is required)EBITDAFund AccountingMonth-End CloseGeneral LedgerQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ManagerRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
